Hanaharu Naruko is a Japanese artist who draws some of the most incredibly beautiful anime images I ve ever seen. I stumbled upon her site a while back and fell in love with her art. Recently I saw one of her images and returned to her website. She created a manga series called Kamichu! which just recently was adapted into the Kamichu! anime series, and is one of the artists for Robot. Taken from otakuwiki.com
