Wow, I seem to be finding all the problems with this one, huh? ^^; Well, once again it's Maid-sama. chapter 39 won't load and it sometimes freezes the computer when I try to read the chapter.
Oh yeah, chapter 40 wont go past page 1 either.

Chapter 39 and 40 are fixed. Thanks for letting us know.
