Add A new tag?

This is just an idea I had while i was browsing for something new to read while I wait for my usuals to update. I wanted to read something that I wonldn't have to wait for, so in other words, a completed manga.
Its kinda a hassle to go and look at every manga to see if they are ongoing or completed, so, cant you make a tag that directs people to the complete manga?

To branch on that idea, you could even make joint-tags like: Complete, Fantasy. Or Complete, School life. And so on, and so forth.
